Vegan Breakfast Coconut & Almond Granola

Ingredients

  • 3 Cups Gluten Free Rolled Oats
  • 1 1/2 Cup Unsweetened Coconut Flakes
  • 1 1/2 Cup Raw Almonds
  • 3 Tablespoon Organic Turbinado Sugar
  • 1/4 Teaspoon Sea Salt
  • 1/4 Teaspoon Ground Cinnamon
  • 1/4 Cup Coconut Oil
  • 1/4 Cup Unsalted Almond Butter
  • 1/3 Cup Maple or Agave Nectar Syrup
  • 1/3 Cup Dairy-Free Dark Chocolate Chips

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F.
  2. Toss rolled oats, coconut flakes, almonds, sugar, and sea salt together in a large size bowl.
  3. In a small skillet over 350°F (medium heat), heat coconut oil, almond butter, and syrup, and pour over the dry ingredients, then mix.
  4. Evenly spread mix onto large baking sheet. Bake for 25-30 minutes. Stir at 12-15 minute mark. Don’t burn toward end!
  5. Once browned, remove from oven and let cool.
  6. When cooled, add dark chocolate and mix.
